Mornington's team is small and highly focused on success; we structure our assignments accordingly, with the major part of our reward aligned towards achieving that success.  Our team has considerable experience in real estate investment and development and seeks to find and structure optimal financing solutions both for debt and equity capital.

Mornington's strengths lie in its deep-rooted and diverse knowledge of the real estate and hotel sectors, both as advisors and principals.  In addition, we have an extensive network of contacts in the finance industry, both internationally and at various local market levels, giving us the ability to source debt and equity efficiently.

Mornington likes to build long-standing, mutually beneficial relationships with partners and clients; as a commitment to this, we operate on the principle that we should not undertake any assignment that we would not want to commit to ourselves.  When possible, and/or appropriate, Mornington will, either directly or indirectly, invest in transactions that it structures for its clients or partners.
